Refund Policy – PlayPet

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.We do not offer refunds for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Orders still in transit

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.In some cases, we may send a replacement instead of issuing a refund.For refund requests, contact:
